• Owner representation during development and design of flowsheet and cost estimations.

Construction and Commissioning:

• Owner representation during construction and commissioning.
• Manage workforce recruitment and training.

Capital Effectiveness:

• Reviews of projects at Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility and Definitive Feasibility stages to ensure the project is sufficiently robust to  proceed to the next stage,

 Bill McCallum has been involved with projects since his first role as a metallurgist completing gravity and flotation tests on samples of drill core from (what is now) the Peak Mine at Cobar.
